All of  our items with the exception of our ready to ship items are made to order.  Each item on our website advises the time it takes for us to create your perfect gift.

If you are needing your item urgently please advise via the chat or email and we will work to get it to you as soon as possible.

Once your order is completed and ready to be picked up by the courier we will send you a tracking number.  All of our deliveries are made by  NZ Post and are picked up in Auckland.

 

All of our vinyl orders are shipped in boxes or NZ Post bags there is no extra charge for this service.  We use NZ Post for these deliveries as the turn around time is generally 1-2 days, with the exception of any rural delivery.

Our items are normally delivered between 2-5 business days depending on the delivery address. This can extend by 1-2 days if a rural address.

During the holiday season this time can be extended due to the large volumes the couriers are delivering.  

Once your item is delivered we do not take responsibility should your item go missing once delivered by the courier.  It will be the customers responsibility to contact the courier company for investigation.
